These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The venue for any dispute that may arise between you and Wavecrest shall be the courts of London, England.
Use of the Site
The Site and the Wavecrest network, applications and services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property right used without proper authorisation, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
